My desire is to help people reduce stress, prevent injuries, and maintain an over-all body/life balance. I graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in 1999 and acquired hundreds of post-graduate continuing education credits in the field of massage.
I am currently working in the First Care Chiropractic office, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
My personal technique is a combination of Sports, Thai, Structural Relief Therapy, Myosequence, Oriental, Reflexology, Deep tissue and many more. Each person has a unique set of life experiences including accidents, injuries, stress, etc. effecting them and my job is to unlock their healing potential by creating space with intention, integrity and knowledge.
